Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days for deliveries within Sweden.

Orders to the rest of Europe are estimated to arrive within 4–10 business days.
Worldwide deliveries are estimated to arrive within 6–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees may be charged by your local authorities when your package arrives. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of the original purchase date.


To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. A valid proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) are also required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
To request an RMN, please contact us by email.

When returning an item, please include the original packaging, proof of purchase, and the RMN number, along with a short note stating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
